Skills Recognition

Professional Skills Recognition

As individuals travel through their professional and personal life, the knowledge they gain will play a key role in the types of positions that become available to them. Skills recognition, more formally called recognition of prior learning (RPL), is the best way to have informal skills formally recognised. The RPL process places value on the skills gained from work or throughout life, and gives them the same official worth as classroom experience. Formal verification, in turn, gives professionals better chances to gain higher paying jobs.
